We deliver to all countries of the European Union and Switzerland.
Shipping costs
We don’t charge shipping costs within Germany. For orders over €34.99, we ship free of charge within Germany.
We currently charge €4.99 per order for shipping to Austria. For orders over €70.00, we ship free of charge within Austria.
For shipping to other EU countries and Switzerland, we currently charge €4.99 regardless of the order value.
Payment terms
We ship against payment via Klarna or advance bank transfer. With advance bank transfer, shipping only occurs after receipt of payment (usually 2-3 business days after the transfer).
Customs clearance, customs duties, taxes
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order. These will not be paid or invoiced through us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
